Executive search

Executive search is a special type of recruitment for high level candidates. It requires discretion and tact. Executive search may cover permanent or temporary (interim management) employment.
Independent administrators, members of boards, managing directors, high level experts or specialists are among the profiles that we can provide to our clients, whether they are based in Africa or elsewhere.

The efficiency of our executive search (or headhunting) method enables us to identify and to directly contact potential candidates to understand their motivation and needs in order to convince them to join our clients’ teams.
To achieve this goal, we devote a great deal of time to constantly expand our network ; we use the most advanced communication and digital research tools, online communications and advertising techniques ; we use regional and international databases as well as our own which contains several thousand candidates that have already been evaluated and have gone through our selection process.

To respond to certain specific needs of our clients, we have access to managerial staff for specific, short and medium-term assignments, known as transition management or interim management.
